A Hyderabad Design & Build Studio Since 2014
We started because too many Hyderabad homeowners were paying for drawings nobody would build. Twelve years later we run our own design studio and carpentry factory, and have handed over 480+ flats, villas and offices — every one with a fixed price and a signed date.
Design that survives contact with a site
Interior design in Hyderabad is crowded with studios that outsource everything after the 3D render. We took the opposite route: drawings, production and site supervision live under one roof. When a designer can walk to the factory floor and see how a shutter will be built, details stop getting lost between a PDF and a carpenter's bench.
That structure is also why our quotations hold. A line item in your BOQ corresponds to a material we buy and a process we control, so there is no contractor margin to absorb surprises — and no incentive to discover “extra work” after your advance is paid.
How we are organised
- Design studio — 6 designers handling layout, 3D, material curation and Vastu coordination.
- Carpentry factory — precision-cut modular units and bespoke furniture in Bachupally.
- Site teams — civil, electrical and installation crews led by a dedicated project manager.
- Aftercare — a two-person snag team closing warranty calls within 48 hours.
Our milestones
- 2014 — Studio founded in Banjara Hills with a two-person design team.
- 2017 — In-house carpentry factory opened in Bachupally.
- 2020 — 300th project handed over; modular kitchen division launched.
- 2023 — Commercial & office fit-out division added for the IT corridor.
- 2026 — 480+ projects delivered across every major Hyderabad micro-market.
What we promise
A free site visit and 3D design before you commit. An itemised quotation with brand names. A written schedule with weekly photo updates. One-year workmanship warranty, and lifetime design support if you add a room later. If we cannot meet a date, we say so before you sign — not after.
