1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing bestinteriordesignershyderabad.com or engaging Best Interior Designers Hyderabad for interior design and build services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

These terms, together with the signed quotation and scope document for your project, form the entire agreement between you and us.

2. Use of this website

You may browse and share the content of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, republish or redistribute our designs, images, project photographs, cost guides or written content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the enquiry forms — including submitting false information, spam, or attempts to disrupt the site. Submissions are logged with basic technical data to prevent abuse.

The content on this site is provided for general information about interior design services in Hyderabad. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for a site measurement or a written quotation.

3. Quotations, estimates and BOQs

A free site measurement and 3D design are provided before any quotation is issued. Estimates shared on phone, WhatsApp or email are indicative until a written BOQ (Bill of Quantities) has been issued and signed.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise, and are based on the scope, layout and material brands listed in them.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of statutory charges (GST and any other applicable taxes) unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise.

Changes in scope, layout, material brands or additional work requested after the BOQ is signed will be priced separately and must be approved in writing before execution.

4. Payments and schedules

Payment milestones are listed in your signed quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, the standard structure is an advance to commence design and production, followed by staged payments tied to work completed, with the final instalment due before handover.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, UPI or cheque to the account named on your invoice. We never ask for cash payments to an individual account.

Delays in payment may pause production and site work; delivery dates are extended by the length of any such pause. Late payments attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Title to materials and goods supplied passes to you only on full payment for them.

5. Timelines and site conditions

The project schedule agreed with you is based on the site being ready — civil, electrical and plumbing work complete, and access available on the agreed dates.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including builder or developer delays, material supply disruptions, force majeure, festival or civic restrictions, or changes directed by you.

We will keep you informed of progress with weekly updates and inform you promptly if a date needs to move.

6. Warranty and aftercare

Our work carries a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of handover, covering defects in our installation and carpentry.

Product warranties for appliances, hardware, lights, laminates and other branded items are passed through to you as per the manufacturer’s terms.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water seepage or leakage not attributable to our work, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after handover.

7. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel after the design phase has started, charges for work completed and materials already ordered or custom-manufactured are payable.

Bespoke or custom-made items, once produced or ordered from a supplier, are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of an approved cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate work for non-payment, unsafe site conditions or conduct that puts our team at risk, in which case the payment terms for work already completed still apply.

8. Intellectual property

Designs, 3D renders, drawings, BOQs, photographs and written content on this site and produced for your project remain the intellectual property of Best Interior Designers Hyderabad until all project dues are cleared.

Once the project is fully paid for, you receive a licence to use the final drawings and designs for your own property. You may not resell or publish them as someone else’s work.

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing unless you have asked us in writing not to.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any project or this website is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or costs of alternative arrangements, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before starting any legal proceeding, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through written notice and discussion within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and applies from that date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.

For projects already signed, the terms in your signed quotation and scope document continue to apply.
